What the heck IS Leadership anyway?

Kouzes and Posner, in The Leadership Challenge, share through evidence-based research that Leadership is not something solely for the few “at the top” of the work pyramid. Anyone CAN show leadership competencies. It can be learned.

This leads to the definition coined by author, speaker, leader, researcher – Dr. Ken Blanchard – who shared this definition: “The capacity to influence others by unleashing the potential and power of people and organizations for the greater good.” Notice what is NOT in that definition….position…title.

It’s everyone’s business.
